Diamond Pacific's Rotating Disc FLAT LAPS
Model 12RL and Model 18RL These rotating flat laps are built to fulfill the fundamental requirements of precision lapping. You get maximum stability and wheel balance. Lap plates are cast iron, machined to exacting tolerances and grooved with concentric V-groove circles for retention of the abrasive charge. You're surface with be FLAT! Bearings are completely shielded against contamination. Tanks are fabricated steel plate for stability and years of heavy duty use. Rotating laps work faster than the oscillating type machine, but the work piece must be held and kept in constant motion throughout the process. The 12RL is a 1/2 hp motor. The 18" lap is a 3/4 hp.
The 18" machines must be shipped FREIGHT COLLECT. When checking out the crating fee will be added but NO SHIPPING. That will be billed to you when machine shows up. The 12" machine can be shipped UPS. There are two sizes, a 12 inch lap and an 18 inch lap. | LAP SIZE | COST | Crating Fee | | |
