Sintered Diamond Wheels
Professional Grade Wheels for Cabbing Machines
When you've got to make more cabs than you can count, it's time to go sintered. The longest lasting wheels on the market today, with a full 5 mm of diamond matrix, and solid aluminum cores, you won't believe how long these wheels last. Sintered wheels will also cut just as aggressively on the first cab as the last. If you haven't used sintered wheels before, we recommend you order one grit size larger for sintered diamond tools as compared to plated or brazed parts. Reducer rings available to fit most machines.
Wheels come in 60, 80, 100, 140 and 200 mesh (grit) and in the following sizes 4" x 1 1/2", 6" x 1 1/2", and 8" x 1 1/2"

Flex Wheel by Eastwind
This products consists of a hard plastic hub with a layer of foam between the hub and belt. This wheel will perform very aggressively, but with a slight drape to eliminate scratching and flat spots.
Special Note: These are NOT Grinding wheels but rather SANDING wheels. If you need a grinding wheel, Order a RIGID GRINDING WHEEL. Sanding wheels are to remove scratches and not to contour a stone. These a alternative to Diamond Pacific's Nova Wheels.
All with 1" bore and bushings to fit 3/4,5/8, 1/2 included.

Use these round-faced carving wheels when doing carving, intarsia, channel work, stained glass and other applications that require curved edges. Use the 1/4" and 1/2" widths for narrow grooves and the 1" wide for larger ones. Four wheel diameters increase your choices.
All Galaxy carving wheels can be used on the Titan. All but the 8" wheels can be used on the Genie. Only the two and four inch wheels can be used on the Pixie. These wheels can also be used on most other grinding machines that have standard arbors. Wheels are bored to 1" and come bushed to fit 3/4", 5/8" and 1/2" arbors.
